How do i know if i should rebrand?

WHAT DOES BRAND STRATEGY MEAN?
Brand strategy is a combination of strategic decisions and design elements based on your brand goals and audience. Through brand strategy, we don’t just create a logo, but discover things like your brand voice, mission statement, values, photography styling, as well as a variety of logos and other digital designs that work in harmony to present your brand as professionally as possible. We utilize different psychological principles as they relate to design and plan for your brand goals in the future to create something truly special. Branding services can be combined with packaging design, print and templates, and web design to really knock your brand transformation out of the park.
HOW LONG DOES A REBRAND TAKE?
Usually 1-2 months for the basic branding package, and any additional elements such as product packaging, business cards, and social media templates could take longer.
The project starts once a contract is signed and a deposit is paid, so the promptness in delivering those materials effects the start date.
I provide 3 business days between revisions and improvements for you to provide your feedback.
This feedback window and how many revisions your project requires can also affect completion time.
CAN YOU DESIGN JUST A LOGO?
No. While I am technically able to, a logo design without strategy or direction is not what I want to provide for my clients. I use the whole discovery and strategy process to help shape the dynamic logo suite, brand colors, and typography selections as a whole package.
One static logo does not work for every situation that you will need to represent your business and I want to set you up for success.
If you are looking for a low cost option and have some art/design skills, my Brand Critique could be a good option for you!
HOW MUCH DOES BRAND DESIGN COST?
It is always important to know what you will be committing to financially. Brand design is a thorough process with many strategic steps and creative explorations. It takes time and experience as well as high quality hardware and software.
My basic branding package which includes strategic development, dynamic logo suite, custom brand colors and typeface selections, and a mini brand guide (but doesn’t include any brand patterns, extra assets, or packaging) starts at $2,000, though, if possible, I recommend investing in the whole transformational experience to make sure your brand is set up for success at every turn.
How long does web design take?
You will want to plan for at least a few months to complete a website. There is an onboarding stage, strategy sessions, and multiple rounds of revisions in between. The more time you will need to provide feedback on revisions, the longer the project will take.

what platform do design on?
I design with Showit and I love it! It allows me to customize your website completely for you so it can stand out from all of the overused template sites out there.
It can support small online shops by integrating with Shopify, but I prefer to work with service based businesses or brands with custom or limited product offerings.
Can you design just a website?
I am open to designing a website for a comprehensive, pre-existing established brand.
I mostly provide web services for brands that I have worked with in their identity development stage as it allows me to make sure everything is cohesive.
However, I am happy to review your brand materials and see if it could be a good fit!
How much does web design cost?
When we work together, your website will be built and optimized for strategy and customer conversion, paving the way for business growth.
My services start around $4,000, and it always depends on the amount of pages, level of customization, and any special features you need your website to accommodate.
This includes strategy sessions, outlining and planning the site bones before the actual design process starts, as well as revisions throughout the process, and a few weeks of after care.
WHat is WEBSITE AFTER CARE?
I include 2 weeks of after care in every web package. When we finish working together, your website will be ready to accept site traffic. However, that does not mean you never need to look at it or edit it ever again.
After care is important for optimizing SEO, keeping your information accurate and up to date, and making sure there are no broken links, bugs, etc.
You also need to keep track of your website data to make sure it is working for you and keep track of any recurring questions or keywords that your website could benefit from including.
DO YOU opffer PAYMENT PLANS?
I typically charge 50% up front and 50% upon completion of the project before I send the final files.
If we are working on a longer project, I can offer a monthly payment plan where the total project price is divided equally between the months that we are working on the project.
For example, a 3 month project would be roughly 33% charged each month.
HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR BRAND/WEB DESIGN?
-Try to solidify why you want a refresh, what your authentic, successful business looks like to you, and brainstorm mission statements, value propositions, taglines, and potential new business names.
-Create social media accounts with the business name and purchase your web domain in advance, along with potential trademarks.
-Slowly phase out any old products or merchandise with your old logos, colors, and brand info on them.
-Introduce the coming change to your audience and show snippets of your new inspiration and new goals!
-Plan financially for the cost of hiring a professional, purchasing fonts, and buying any new print/packaging materials.
DO YOU OFFER ANY SMALLER SERVICES?
Yes! My "Brand Critique" is a great way for you to get started and get direction for your brand if you are creative and have some skills with design software.
I also can design business cards, coupons, post cards, posters, packaging, illustrations, and more as sort of "one-off" services or as add-ons to your branding package.
These "a la carte" services are best for people who already have cohesive branding to build off of, wether designed by myself or someone else.
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS?
Yes! I love designing more detailed, complex, and stylized work. Wether you are looking for social media art, poster art, T-Shirt designs, wallpaper, or graphics for online courses, I am happy to take on more illustration projects.

It will also ensure the process moving from branding to web is more seamless and that the vision of your brand is cohesive.
