After studying design, biology education, & fine art, I started my own shop selling handmade pottery & jewelry. The experience marketing goods online & in person, and seeing how a cohesive brand identity helped me succeed, lead me to help others turn their brand visions into reality full time.

I love warm weather and sunshine- the hotter the better. I thought I'd be happy if I never saw rain again.
But one summer I worked in Zion National Park, the most beautiful place I have ever lived. While I loved the sunshine, warm sandstone, and swimming in the river, I was also blown away by how beautiful the rain was. The unique smell & the thick fog brought out a new dimension of the landscape.
It brought energy & life to the desert, & whenever we were lucky enough to get a downpour, we danced in it. Just as we need sunshine, we also need rain, & we can embrace the balance between the two!

My design style is versatile and I work with clients across many disciplines. I want to work with socially conscious & sustainable businesses who respect the design process.
I want to help coffee shops, breweries, wineries, & restaurants blow away their competition & keep customers coming back.
One of my favorite things is packaging design: cans, cups, boxes, etc. When I studied ceramics, my favorite park of functional design was how to get people to interact with 3-dimensional art in a new & interesting way. If you have boring packaging that needs a revamp, you're in the right place.

Brand Strategy can help you build your business from the ground up, including developing your brand voice, target audience, mission statement and values, as well as a full logo suite, color palette, and typeface pairings. To strengthen your brand's cohesiveness, we can later work on web design together and implement all of our new brand features online and/or dive into packaging and product labels! We can also work together on website and packaging design if you already have an established brand.
After all aspects of the brand identity are signed off on, we move forward to any extra assets which could include business cards, product packaging, illustrations, and templates.
The first step is brand direction. I will take your answers from the questionnaire, analyze your audience, and create a visual reference for style, personality, and color palette for your review.
The next step is creating the logo suite. I present one refined identity concept that matches the agreed upon direction. This includes the primary logo & multiple other logo variations that fit different spaces & contexts.
